Divorce decree granted by one court and pending in other court

My husband has filed a contested divorce case in Kalyan Court in December of 2015. In the meantime, I had filed a contested divorce petition in Goa as I now reside in Goa and got the divorce decree passed on 19th September 2016 (ex-parte order). The kalyan court petition, we have already submitted our written petition. The next hearing date is 11th March 2017. How do we quash the case on the basis of the already granted divorce in Goa Court.

As you said you have also filed a Divorce Case in Goa and got ex-parte decree. There are some questions which won't allow the you legally to get ex-parte Decree. You have to produce the same before the Learned Court at Kalyan (EX-parte), before that you can consult me on my mobile as there are some doubts which i have to get clear to advice you.

Sumbit the order of goa court to kalyan
& withdraw case frm kalyan.
Once it is divorce, means it's final. Whthr it may b by any court
