Divorce & child custody issue query

my husband..cheated me,he had mentally & physically abused to me,& i have all proofs but i want to live with him ,my question is my child custody & maintenance will recieve only when I get divorce otherwise when it will be done by my husband & he said I will show in court that I have no earning source, can I complaint in women cell .how much time will be solve this issue in women cell

You can get maintenance n child custody even without taking or filing divorce ! For all these things u need to hire expert advocate who can appropriately file all the complaints accordingly! Kindly b in touch asap

If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you then you can always file for divorce against him. I would suggest you to go for the mutual divorce because it is less money consuming and ends up in maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
