Divorce chances for 9 years of life with sick wife,sexless marriage

We got married in May 2013 , we lived happily for 2 years and she delivered baby in August 2015. After c-section baby delivery surgery, all of a sudden she got complete bedridden , suffered with brain tuberculosis and total body organs complete paralysis No chance for her recovery life long. Also for last 9 years we are unofficially separated, living without any communication to each other due to family disputes and stuck in sexless marriage life. Can I get divorce and get child Custody ?
