Gd mrng sir,when husband filed divorce case ,whether wife can go to his residence r office to do dharnas and create nuisance with press and media people? can husband can get a arrest warrant on her from the high court for creating nuisance when the divorce case was pending in the family court? if husband complaints about her in police station what action they will take on her? finally what shall husband do , to stop her from coming to husband house( his parents residence) and to office and creating nuisance until the case disposes.plz advice me.

When the divorce case is pending a wife cannot create nuisance in public.
you should file a nuisance case against the wife either at the police station or in the court to prevent her from doing such illegal acts. in the same nuisance case, you can also pray to the court to issue restraining/injunction orders against your wife till the disposal of suit from causing interference to the peaceful possession and enjoyment of properties belonging to the husband and his parents.
