Suggestions for ways/legal remedies expected to be taken by second wife's parents on son-in-law: A suit for declaration of the marriage nullity. A private complaint or police case for fraudulent practices and misrepresentation to deceive second marriage family. A suit for compensation for the illegal practices for getting married. And lastly, a lot of trouble in form of Court visits every week or so. More can be discussed in person and in the presence of the second marriage family. Feel free to connect for appointment based meeting.
