Divorce as my husband is not staying with me

Dear Sir/Ma'am, I got married on 8th March,2024. I am settled in Hyderabad because of Job Purpose. At the time of marriage, I put a condition that, My husband has to relocate to Hyderabad from his home town which is Vijayawada, Because I don't have much job opportunities in Vijayawada . Now almost 10 months over, He didn't relocate to Hyderabad, and he is not contributing a single penny in household expenses. He is coming once a month or once in a two months to Hyderabad . now can i get divorce
hi for filing divorce in court you need to wait atleast one year of marriage should be completed and in the meantime if he is not contributing for household expenses then you could file for maintenance petition in court
