Hindu. Can i claim divorce n child custody less than 5 yrs with no self income .

Yes it is possible to obtain divorce upto five years or less time period depending upon the facts and circumstances of each case. You also can claim the custody of your child without having any income.

Yes, you can claim divorce against your husband if you are subject to cruelty or other form of harassment. You can also claim child custody and the court will grant you the custody owing to the tender age of the child. For the process, you can approach me.
