If an govt employee who is a doctor is filed against dowry harrasment..and f.i.r is registered against him..could he be suspended from job and removal of his name from medical council of india??he is a muslim

the government employee will lose the job only if the courts convict him.
So the government employee should take utmost care in defending himself in dowry case.
Medical council does not have powers to cancel the license for medical practice on the grounds that the doctor was named as accused in a criminal case.
