Divorce against hindu marriage act or special marriage act

I am Hindu. Do I need to file for divorce against hindu marriage act or special marriage act? After the traditional marriage, we registered the marriage in court. Thanks

if the marriage was registered under Hindu marriage act then you will file divorce under Hindu marriage act .if it was registered under the special marriage act them you act then you are advice to file under special marriage act

what is the circumstance that leads to a file for separation, will determine that case would be registered in HMA or Special Marriage act. and if you had also done a court marriage, is it u/s 5. If u/s 5 then you have to file it according to Hindu Marriage Act.
