Firstly madam you have specified you want to seek divorce, is it by mutual consent of both, or you shall file case on ground of cruelty and desertion etc. For process of mutual consent firstly one year of marriage should be completed, and further atleast six months period will be required. Both parties are required to be present at the time of filing the case and leading evidence mostly with close relatives evidences.

Dear client if both want to file divorce then u can file mutual divorce and will get divorce in six months. U both have to remain present in court for two times personally. If he is not ready for divorce then u have to file contested divorce on the grounds like desertion cruelty against him.
