We are hindu doctor couple... My wife is hepatitis b positive... My wife revealed hepatitis b after getting pregnant. This disease can affect me n my profession. It's abt 5 years of marriage..

In this regard, you arw having an option to get your marriage declared as null and void, otherwise you may also file a petitio for judicial sepration or divorce. But the thing is will be required to compensate your wife by permanent alimony (if she claims) in case of divorce, even though you're bonafide
