Disowned son to save matrimonial property

12-Aug-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Husband and wife are getting divorced. They are already separated. Husband and his Father in order not give anything at the time of property settlement has disowned him and put it in newspaper too. Can this disowning be contested? Father and son and other members of the family are in touch as normal.

Father can disowned the son only from the self acquired property or the property which is listed under self acquired ! And if he has died so that he is disowned only till the death of father but after his intestate death his disowned son will have automatic share as per the succession ..thanks n b in touch

Even if the father had disowned the son and put the same in the newspaper also that doesn’t mean that the son has been totally disowned. He will always told title in the property which belongs to his father’s father. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
