Did court marriage now girl forcing for divorce what action can i take

I was trapped by a girl over social , she used me for her financial and physical needs . Before a year we got court married , but the girl stayed with​ her family and now she is forcing me to take divorce because i am not fullfill her needs . After court marriage she cheated me for other guys , i have take. Many loans to fullfill her need , and now she is leaving me i feel like cheated can i get justice anyway
