Devorce or marriage cancel becouse when we married we are19 and now22

I am Hindu. My marriage is on 6 march 2023. After sometime my wife fight with me without any reason. She left me 1 year and no contact with me. In July 2025 I get a govt job and she come and apologise me after 2 or 3 months she appear same behavior leave me with 5-10 days and goes his parents house one to two months without any reason and stop contacting me . Now she is pregnant and leave me from 3 months no contact and pressured me to by new house near her locality. When our marriage we are 19

It must generally continue for at least 2 years. From your description: First separation ~1 year → not enough alone Repeated leaving behavior strengthens your case, but timeline matters

in this regard you have to be clear whether you want to call your wife back to your home or not if you want to that your your wife come back to your home then you have to file a notice under section 9 after notice if she don't come when you have to file under section 9
