Deserted Wife Consequences in Divorce and Maintenance Case

Hi All.... If wife deserted husband without any reason living separate from husband and cruel can wife eligible for permanent alimony at the time of divorce , interim and permanent maintenance.Why court will award permanent alimony , interim and permanent maintenance to deserted wife , cruel wife , wife not look after her husband and husband old parents , wife who always quarrel with husband and mental torture her husband.Why court unable to recognize who is on guilty.

No, if wife deserted husband without any probable reason, she will not get anything from husband. But at the time of interim maintenance this point is almost impossible to prove. It is also a ground for divorce u/s 13hma
