After two months of my marriage, I went to Canada. After a month my wife pushed me to apply for her dependent visa. But I was not financially strong so I said her to wait for a year. But instead of that she file a case against me and my family for the domestic violence. And also file a case with the help of some woman agency. They are asking for 10L or want me to apply her visa otherwise she will continue to punch me and my family. Does it require to visit India? We didnt talk since last 6 month

You haven't disclosed your interest and what do you want. Without looking at the papers of cases, it would be difficult to air any legal opinion into this. also, you've not revealed what your estimations are to reach financial stability. You may not visit India for handling such cases, but whenever you are landing on any Indian airport, you may be detained by authorities as wanted person, if there's an warrant issued against you for non-appearance. Hence, in all practicality, it is safest choice to hire an Advocate who is practising in the field and pay him fees for protecting your interests. At least, you'll have some resort in India when you come back for your family. As of now that's the least sensible step you can take as logical minded person. This is however, not a legal advice since I have not seen your legal documents and details. Before any professional would give a legal opinion, he would like to look at your papers, legal documents and facts of the case.
