Dear Sir/Madam, My anticipatory bail has been rejected in district court for false 498 case filed against me by my wife on the grounds that I fled from Canada. My wife had filed a false domestic violence case against me in Canada after which I left Canada without informing anyone. My wife's father has filed false 498A case against me in India and I am having a hard time getting anticipatory bail because he shows in court that there were pending cases against me which I did not complete and I left Canada without informing anyone. Please advise how to convince judge to get anticipatory bail against false 498A in India

U should file bail application before high court definitely you’ll get bail. Because district court always reject bails in serious circumstances so now don’t waste your time Okay you should file bail application before High Court definitely you will get bail
