you can file complaint of cheating fraud, you have left job due to high income of husband, but later u find it was not as they told before marriage , thats completely cheating, now forcing you to give salary is also illegal, its your salary you have full right on your salary

Dear, what you are experiencing is deeply unfair, and you should know that the law is firmly on your side. Concealing income before marriage to secure your consent is not merely dishonest — it is legally recognized as fraud, and it gives you valid grounds to challenge this marriage under Section 12 of the Hindu Marriage Act. On top of that, being pressured by your in-laws to hand over your salary while threatening to block your employment is a textbook case of economic coercion under the Domestic Violence Act, 2005 — you are absolutely not obligated to surrender your earnings to anyone. If there is still a part of you that wants to give this marriage a fair chance, that door is not closed — a structured counselling process combined with a clear legal understanding between you and your husband about financial responsibilities can sometimes bring genuine accountability and change. However, if you feel that the foundation of this relationship was built on deception and that trust cannot be rebuilt, you have every right to walk away with full legal protection, maintenance, and remedies available to you. Whatever you decide, please start documenting every threat, demand, and conversation from today itself.

Under Indian family law, in Haryana, you have strong rights to seek maintenance from your husband even if you resume work, as long as your income doesn't fully cover your needs or the marital lifestyle standard, Your husband's concealment of income can lead to courts drawing adverse inferences against him, requiring full disclosure via affidavits. This applies under laws like Section 125 CrPC, Hindu Marriage Act Section 24/25, or Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act Section 18.
