Csr filed under 306 and 498a by girl side on revenge motivation

Csr filed under 498a, 306 and 309 sections against boy by the girl side 11 months ago. But it’s a fake suicide drama from girl side and incident happened at her side. For my safer side filed conjugal notice and they have not responded yet from opposite party. I need to understand what is the chances of impacting since 306 is non bailable case.

Hello sir regarding the above facts said by you its better to go for quashing of FIR before the hon'ble high court. If they do not respond for notice then go for filing of case stating the all reason in your favour. All the best
