Mera name abhishek srivasatava hai 2022 में मेरी शादी हुई थी शादी के एक महीने बाद से ही मेरी पत्नी मेरे ऊपर अपने मायके जाकर रहने और मां बाप का खर्चा चलाने को कहती है ऐसा नहीं करने पर मुझे परिवार के साथ सबको दहेजप्रथा और शादी के झूठे केश में फसा देगी बोलती है 1 माहिने मेरे यहां तो 8 माहिने अपने-अपनी मर्जी से रहती है फिर वहां से फोन करेगी आकर ले जाने के लिए बोलती है बोलती है तुम हमारे साथ नहीं रहोगे तो जिंदगी भर ऐसा ही करेंगे

Aap court me section 9 HMA ki petition file kar sakte hain taaki court aapki wife ko order kare ki wo aapke sath aake rahe, and fir bhi aapki wife nahi aati hai to aap divorce petition file kar sakte hain. Agar wo aana hi nahi chahti hai to bahyt kam chances hain ki court aapke upar maintenance dene ka order kare.
