Agar patni ke paas apni aamdani ka srot hai (salary slip 15,000 + 5,000 ya 7,000), to court is baat ka dhyan rakhega ki wo apne aap ko kis had tak support kar sakti hai. Maintenance ka faisla dono pakshon ki aarthik sthiti dekh kar hota hai. Agar aap bhi kiraye ke makan mein rehte hain aur ₹7,000 ki naukri kar rahe hain, to aap apne kharche aur zimmedariyon ka ullekh karke court se nirdharit maintenance mein rahat ki maang kar sakte hain. Aapki taraf se yeh bhi kaha ja sakta hai ki pehle ₹80,000 mein mutual consent divorce ki baat hui thi, lekin ab wo monthly kharche ki demand kar rahi hain. Aap apna paksh court mein prastut karke yathochit nyay maang sakte hain.

Sir its a long process can you please connect me on phone calls or in chamber . Meri aamdani ₹5000 mahina hai, main maa ke saath kiraye ke ghar me rehta hoon. Patni financially strong hai. Unhone ₹80,000 le kar divorce dene ki baat ki thi jo mujhe emotionally and financially exploit karne wala tha. Unhone baad me sampark tod diya, aur mai mental distress me hoon. Isliye mujhe contested divorce chahiye, aur main maintenance afford nahi kar sakta.”

you should show the itr for maintenance takes 80 lakhs from you you have to go to the police and court room change woh bihar bananas ke aap app kp jaldi action leni chahiye taking koyi aapko injure nahi sakta

यहाँ इसका जवाब हिंदी में दिया गया है – पत्नी के पास पहले से ही 15 हज़ार + 5 हज़ार (कुल 20 हज़ार) की नौकरी की आय है और उसने पहले आपसी सहमति से तलाक की बात करते हुए 80 हज़ार रुपये भी ले लिए थे, तो अब वह ज़्यादा मेंटेनेंस नहीं माँग सकती। कानून के अनुसार अगर पत्नी खुद कमाने वाली है और अपनी ज़रूरतें पूरी कर सकती है, तो कोर्ट ज़्यादा गुज़ारा भत्ता (maintenance) नहीं देता या बहुत सीमित राशि तय करता है। आप उसकी सैलरी स्लिप व पहले की 80 हज़ार की पेमेंट कोर्ट में दिखाएँ – इससे साबित होगा कि वह आर्थिक रूप से सक्षम है और पति से हर महीने ज़्यादा खर्चा माँगने का हक़ नहीं बनता।
