CRR notice to OPcould not be sent

In CRR case legal notice could notbe sent to OP as he does not live in his residential address as mentioned in petition.His new address not known,alsonot mentioned in petition.His advocate given no objection but no new advocate.in High Court.What can I do?

firstly, you didn't mention that you are a husband or wife.... whatever it is... send another summon in his/her work place/ office /business address. She/he will definitely receive. if not, make a newspaper publication. CPC guided us of this type of problem.
