In CRPC 125 casse petitioner Rights of evidance closed due to non appearing in court several dates on jan-2022 and after next date petitioner also not appear and same day respondent filed his evidance by way of affidavit and after filiing respondent evidance petitioner coming to court and file evidance recalling application under section 311 the of code of criminal procedure 1973. Dear experts please advise how to oppose evidance recalling application. also share judgements

hello client as i can see your issue it needs a proper recalling of order to call the court order back but it can not be done before a superior court do not order for the same . in your matter if you case stands on merits or not
