Crpc 125 maintenance case related queries

My wife left marital home in July 2018, later joined job. Now resigned her job voluntarily in July 2022 and applied for maintenance under crpc 125. For past five years we living seperately ......Tell me how will the case proceed

You have to prove to the Court that she is capable of taking service/job and she was doing job. An educated woman who is capable of maintaining herself but quits her job voluntarily, is not entitled to alimony from her estranged husband. But even if the court does not deny the maintenance completely might grant her nominal maintenance.
