Crpc 125 case doubt against uncontested ex parte

My wife filed crpc125 chengalpattu combined court,I was hired a lawyer I gave vakkalathu and I gave power of attorney to my dad lawyer told opposite advocate not accepting power of attorney and now case gone exparte how to handle this scenario,I am currently working in abroad case filled 2022 order exparte passed 2024

You have to file a set aside petition before the same court. They may insist you to pay the arrears of maintenance if any ordered and you can contest the same.
