Mujhko apne husband se alag rehte hue 7 saal se jyada ho chuke Hain. Mere pass pickle 10 saal se koi job nahi hai Lekin bitiya mere Saath rehte hai jo abhi school me in hai. Mujhko apne pati se judicial separation chahiye aur bachche ki paravarish ke Liye apne pati ki aadhi income chahiye kyunki wo pickle 10 saal se naukari kar Rahe Hain. Mujhko unko koi divorce nahi dena.

Aap pehle maintenance ka case file kijiye aagr apko maintenance lena hai. Judicial separation k liye petition file hogi judicial separation ki court me. Pehle aap maintenance k liye apply karo. Please contact for further discussion

Aap apne pati ke khilaf Judicial Separation ki petition family court me file kar sakti hain jismein aapko divorce nahi lena hoga. Iske sath hi aap apni aur beti ki maintenance ke liye application daal sakti hain u/s 125 CrPC ya Domestic Violence Act, jismein court aapke pati ki income ke hisaab se monthly guzara bhatta aur bacchi ki padhai–kharch dene ka order kar sakti hai. Court aapki custody ko bhi legally protect karega aur aapko apne pati ki salary/income ka hissa dilwaya jaa sakta hai.8-3-7-7-0-5-1-6-7-5

Aapke case me aap Judicial Separation ka case Family Court me file kar sakti hain. Divorce aapko nahi chahiye to bhi Court aapko husband se alag rehne ki declaration de sakti hai. Saath hi, aap aur aapki beti ke kharch ke liye aap Maintenance (Section 125 CrPC ya Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act ke tahat) claim kar sakti hain. Court aapke husband ki income dekh kar aapko aur bacchi ko monthly maintenance fix karega. Aapke husband 10 saal se naukri kar rahe hain to unki salary ka record Court se manga ja sakta hai. Is tarah aapko divorce diye bina bhi aapki aur bacchi ki guzar-basar ke liye paisa mil sakta hai.

you and your daughter can claim maintenance . You can also go for judicial seperation but I want to for what purpose you want to go for judicial seperation Even without judicial seperation you can go for maintenance
