Court summon for false case on Domestic violence

My brother n his wife married 7 yrs ago n have two kids. After one year of marriage she went to a separate house to live with my brother saying she cannot live with in laws. Two yrs ago suddenly she fought with my parents again n filed a false case with police station that we are harrassing her. Which was proved wrong in station itself n we stopped any touch with her. Now suddenly she has sent a court summon of domestic violence. After two yrs suddenly she has sent. What is next action for us
