Court has approved maintenance but not received yet

Hello sir, court has passed maintenance in DVC case, will i still get maintenance in MC case. i would like to know when can i ask for compensation.
DVC maintenance will be under Sec 125 of Cr.p.c. You need to go through the Order copy to find out the terms of award of maintenance (whether it is till end of DVC Case or life long etc)
MCD maintenance will be separate. The terms of Maintenance will be in line with your prayer to the court. In case both of you (spouses) agree, then it will be agreed amount or else the courts will decide the quantum of maintenance and award it in the Interim / Final decree as prayed by you.
