Court fees regarding the domestic violence case

I have already filed divorce and maintenance case in my husband and we don’t have any kids but now I wanted to file a domestic violence case on him and on his family so can you please let me know about the court fees or is there any option to waive off the court fees

You can file Domestic violence case. It has only nominal fee. You have to only advocate fee. You can gett get free advocate also jn the Office LEGAL SERVICES. IT IS INTHE PRMISES OF FAMILY COURTS AND MAGISTRATE COURTS
