Court denying exparte although the divorce is uncontested

I filed a petition in July, 2023 for annulment of marriage owing to non-consummation of marriage. I have sent summons twice and there have been several hearings since then and neither she or any lawyer on her behalf was present for the hearing. Now my lawyer is requesting the judge for exparte but he's saying that he will not be able to pass the exparte order without process server report. I have already sent registered post with affidavit twice and presented track report but still he's denying.

Well, You should request your Advocate to make an application for alternate service or more simply paper publication. This will help your cause and help you proceed with the annulment of marriage. I hope this helps.
