Court decree not yet ready. How to know the status of the application?

25-Apr-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Final judgement in the MCD was given in September 2016. I received the certified copy of the judgement in March. My advocate has made an application for the court order decree and same has not been prepared by the court office (as per my advocate). Is there any way to find out the alloted time period in which they are supposed to give the documents after an application has been made? Can I file an RTI to know the status of the application?

Hello, According to your case no and court you can search online, even for judgement use the same case no. Without knowing the judgement and documents, it will be difficult to tell you regarding RTI. filertionline.in - Online RTI - File RTI Online Across India‎

Hi, you have got the certified copy of the final judgement. That would serve as decree, you have not to wait for decree from the court. Do not waste your time in filing RTI, the certify copy is similar to court decree.
