maine muslim personal law ke acording talaq e ahsan diya aur phir custody ka case lagaya wife ne 2 saal baad bnss 144 lagaya aur dv 12,18,19,20,22,23 lagaya wife khud nahi rehnaa chah rahi thi adultery mai thi boyfriend ke sath lekin mai wo sabit nahi kar sakta hoon lekin ab mai kounse counter case karu jisse wife khud case bapas lele apne

wife ke pas remedy h 144 bnss. tmhare pas ek chance h agr tm adultery proof kr dete ho to culprit wife hogi our use 144 ki remedy nhi milegi. agr wife capable of self income to 144 bnss ka ground nhi banega .

talaq e ahsan record me kahi bhi nahi ho to, ek application restitution of conjugal rights ki lagaiye, aur phirproper divorce petition lagaiye.. maintenance jab tak na kar le ya aap adultery proof na kar de tab tak bana rahega

Ap 144 aur Dv cases challenge krde high court me .Agar koi evidence hai apke pas whatsapp etc pr tab phir aap doosre cases bhi file kr sakte hai .Ex perjury for filling false affidavit in court proceedings ya giving false evidence in court proceedings etc. Mujhse samprk kre.

Aap aapni wife ke dwara lagaye Gaye inn sections mein oath par diye gaye false evidence aur koi forged documents diye hai Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita ki sec. 379 ke antargat counter case kar sakte hai.

You can contest the proceedings on merits. If you have credible evidence that your wife is living in adultery, the same can be raised in the maintenance proceedings under Section 144(4) BNSS. A separate counter-case should be filed only if there is a genuine cause of action; mere allegations or an attempt to pressurise her may not help. The validity and legal effect of the Talaq-e-Ahsan should also be examined from the documents and dates.
