HOW TO FIND HUSBANDS ADDRESS IN CANADA, THE ABANDONED WIFE (1.5 YEARS) COULDN'T GET EX-PARTE ORDER SINCE COURT COUND'NT SERVE NOTICE TO HIM..? MOTHER OF HUSBAND SAID COURT SERVER THAT SON IS CANADA , WENT TO COMMISIONER BUT HE WAST HELPFUL, ANY OTHER LEGAL RESOLUTION...?

hi Felix here I can well understand your concern from the query raised, you can petition the court citing the same that the person has deserted and absconded and push for an exparty order, by convincing the court, or if you have your husbands passport copy could seek the aid of the embassy, thank you, you can contact me for further clarifications
