Court divorce decree mentioning that your wife will release her flat title and owner rights to you is not enough. It is a matter of property. Why to take unnecessary risk if you can avoid that with a little more effort. Get a release deed registered which will form to be a proper document releasi all right, title and interest of your wife in the subject flat.

Its always best terms mentioned or written in your consent terms be executed before the judgment of divorce is passed by the court. If your wife is ready to transfer the remainder share of flat in your name then you should at least start the process of getting it transfer in your name.
