Conditions to apply for waiver of 6 months in Mutual Divorce

I took divorce on 17th October 2017 and judge gave us 20th April 2018 for final submission but we want to take final divorce earlier and according to supreme Court 's fast track rule ,how can we apply for divorce in December 2017 ,I am from Sikh family

The hon,able supreme court has given the ruling that the period of six months can be waived for that you file an application before the family court stating grounds therein why you want to waive the period of six months court must be satisfied that you have a good grounds for the waiver of period otherwise it will not be waived

ask your counsel for file application before court in view of latest citation of honble Supreme court by pleading therein special circumstances before date fixed, if court admits your application, than divorce petition can be preponed and divorce can be granted.
