In India, this term is common in court-based divorces (civil divorce cases). It means: The court has accepted that the marriage can be dissolved, But the divorce becomes final only after certain conditions or steps are completed, such as: appearance of both parties, completion of evidence, waiting period, settlement of maintenance/alimony/child custody, or any compliance ordered by the court. After fulfilling these conditions, the court issues the Final Order / Decree of Divorce.

Well, without scrutinizing the conditional Order, neither I can comment nor can give you any sort of legal advice. Hence share with me the conditional Order to seek proper legal advisory in consonance with the concerned applicable laws
