Cohabitation Agreement for live-in relationship

Two adults (man and woman) enter into live-in relationship by making Cohabitation Agreement among themselves. In the agreement, it has been mentioned , how much alimony and maintenance the woman will get incase of separation. If the woman files DV case against man, will the alimony and maintenance will be fixed by court based on man's salary or alimony and maintenance will be fixed by court based what has been agreed in cohabitation agreement?

well first and foremost your agreement that you have entered in which is cohabitation agreement it will hold the importance. rest it depends on some factors what would be the prevailing conditions at that point of time.

dear sir/ ma'am. the so called agreement that was executed between you two will be recalled void ab initio, means it is not valid in the eyes of law. The courts will be deciding what the maintenance should be. however, you will require some prerequisites to do in order to strengthen your case. you should call me.

This agreement will prove that you both were staying together in-live in relations. In such cases, it depends on the discretion of court to assess things accordingly, however court May rely more on agreement in this regard ! But we have to show that separation was under conspiracy. U need to hire expert advocate
