Clarification regarding conditions required for annulment of marriage

Married on 2013 and after few months came to know that, i have been cheated on her having problem of PCOD bit much serious stage. She insisted to me that we won't have child till 2 yrs of marriage. We both decided to go for child after a year. Then i came to know about the problem she had ( after medical examination turned as PCOD- a condition were pregnancy chances are nil or very hard) She left my home on feb 2016, after a small fight. On oct 2016 sent notice to my office addressing manager and asking for half of my salary for her maintenance else she will file case against me. On 2016 dec, she filed a case Domestic Violence case on me and my family members. case Judgement on Sep 2017 was " dismissal of charges as case wasn't contested by petitioner". - She is not willing to stay with me but need only money. - I have medical examination report done for her which says she have PCOD. so with above two facts,is there any way for marriage annulment?
