Clarification on interim maintenance post payment of settlement amount

If divorce is settled and settlement amount has been paid, can she ask for monthly interim maintenance?
No she cannot but then that will depend on the conditions on thwle basis of which the settlement has been arrived and without there being such a term she cannot come forward and say she wants maintenance.

If the divorce is settled and settllement amount is been paid then , there is no question of intermi maintenance, but it depends on the settlelment conditions and terms.If at all there is provisions as per the settlelment She can always file the maintainance.
