Child Visitation rights for father

I have a court order issued few weeks back to visit my son first Saturday of every month, when I went last Saturday my ex-wife didn't bring my son for the visit. It was my first visit after 3 years and I'm deeply hurt and disappointed as I travelled all the way from Chennai to Theni for this.
Please advise how can I take action
