Child Mantinance and Interim relief

My case is Child Mantinance nd interim relief. Wants withdraw case before first hearing on 18th Jan, my plea was not addressed properly nd wrongly submitted for Child Coustody under GWOP by my advocate and assured us she will get Out of Order for Interim Relief same day. But after 15 days, No OutofOrder only hearing date. Filed even wrong section. Question: could I withdraw my case directly without involving my lawer.

yes you can withdraw the case and again as per child custody and maintenance you can file cases or IAs, for withdraw your lawyer need to present or just you and file petition for withdrawal of case in family court.
