Child maintenance issues after divorce

Got mutual con. divorce in Mar25 from husband due to his extra marital affair. I have girl child 7 year.He earn 70K. I am working so my husband didn't give me any alimony/maintenance. During filing of petition I asked only 15k per month for child care in front of court. But he was only ready for 7k and told me otherwise he'll not give mutual divorce. So under pressure I signed affidavit that I am ready to take 7k child support.In Final decree I got 15k support. Now he want stay on that order.

Divorce matters. Usually women have an upper hand in this matter. You need to brief the details about your marriage, like when was it solemnised and when was it registered. Also, you need to brief the grounds on which divorce was demanded and the grounds on which divorce was granted. Apart from it, we would need to go through the court order and on what grounds the court has granted such decree. so please reach out with all the necessary documents.
