Child custody, leaving country.

I m living with my wife. I have 2 kids . I want to leave my wife as we r in dispute daily but she will not give divorce and not custody of kids . I m thinking of leaving country with my kids . Can my wife put effect on my bank balances through law or police in india?

You should file a case for custody of your kids so that you can legally take them anywhere without having any issues from your wife’s side. Once you have custody, your wife will nit be able to take the children away and you can take them anywhere.
