Child custody divorce to wife misbehaving with my family

My family want separate live with me her misbehaving to my only parents mother. Can I devosed to wife behalf of his condition

you can ask the court for judicially separation it will happen if you have stayed separate for 1 year you can also file for mutual divorce which will take 6 months to one year yes you can file a petition for cruelty under the Hindu marriage act

Yes you can file a divorce to your wife on grounds of mental torture and cruelty. if she not maintaine your parent and also misbehaving than you can file a divorce petition in family court. for more information you can contact me.

sirf alag ghar mein rehne ki maang ya sasural walon se vivaad hona apne aap mein divorce ka kanooni aadhar nahi hai. Haan, yadi aapki patni aapke mata-pita ke saath lagatar durvyavahar karti hai, mansik ya sharirik cruelty karti hai aur iske paryapt saboot (messages, audio/video, witnesses adi) maujood hain, to facts ke anusar divorce ya anya uchit kanooni remedy par vichar kiya ja sakta hai. Har case apne tathyon par nirbhar karta hai. Kripya marriage duration, kisi bachche ki jankari aur ghatnaon ka vivaran saanjha karein, taaki uchit kanooni salah di ja sake.
