Child custody after divorce..money maintenance school admission

After the divorce I gave my child to my x husband as I was not financially strong ...now my daughter wants to come back to me..but my x husband says he will not give any maintenance

Hello madam, Custody and maintenance issues can still be addressed even after divorce, especially if your daughter now wishes to stay with you. The welfare and best interest of the child is always the primary consideration before the Court. Even if the child is in your custody, the father will still have a legal responsibility to contribute towards her maintenance and educational expenses depending on the facts and his financial capacity.
