Child born out of void marriage

I want to know what legal actions can be taken against a man (retired; who is already married and his wife is alive) marries another woman(who is currently a government employee) and has a kid with her now. I want to know the repercussions and penalties (if any) arising for both the man and the second woman for indulging in such act.

First you go to your nearest D L S A centre and takes a time for meeting about your legal remedy . Secondly you prepared your all problems regarding legal queries. If you want to live seprate after this issues then place your opinion in front of DLSA meeting.
