Cheating with Prostitute in a Hotel

I am not sure if I have selected the correct category. But my question is below. If I book a protitute to come to a hotel. And after coming to hotel she start claiming that I was trying to rape her. What is the way to make sure I am safe legally.

There’s no such ground under which prostitute can said that she was raped. The Supreme Court has recently ruled that a sex worker cannot lodge a sexual assault complaint against her customers if they refuse to pay. You can always apply for anticipatory bail if you are under the fear of getting arrested under rape charges.

U didn’t mention that how u contacted her …secondly these r group of people ..u must not get scared n immediately file a complaint to police … few things doesn’t come under the offence which u hv apprehension..
