Cheating/ extra marital affair

My husband is talking talking with me from 2 months. I'm in my mom's home from past 2 months. And I knew that he is talking with someone in office lady. He asked me for divorce but then after his father died. He didn't asked for divorce but not talking. We are married in last November 2024. Tell me what to do? How to gather proof like calls record

Dear Queriest, as per your query you have mentioned that you are not staying with him, and if you have to gather evidence against him then you have to stay with him and gather evidence accordingly. since staying apart won't get you any help, therefore you are suggested to go back to in laws home, for more information about the same kindly call me.

You need to decide first what exactly you want to do with this relationship. In case if u want to reconcile the marriage there will be legal remedies In case if you are looking to get separated then there will be different legal road maps.
