Certificate received from temple is valid to prove marriage

I got married to my gf 6 mths ago in a temple whr none of us were residing.The pandit made a hand written affidavit on stamp paper,we got it notarised on 15/1 stating we got married on that date. Aftr 2 months, he gave us a temple marriage certificate which was dated 18/2.V never stayed 2geder,neither did v get the marriage registered at any court. After 6 mths she hs stil nt come 2stay wid me as she isnt able 2 come widout her parents consent.My parents r forcing me out as girl hs no intentns to come wch seems evident.Do i need to get a formal divorce.Don't want 2b a divorcee. Pls lemme knw

if you have performed all the rituals as per hindu marriage the marriage is binding on you.
if suppose you marry to another girl and the existing girl claims the validity of first marriage, then there will problem
there might be possibility that she will harass you through court and police matters.
therefore you have to nullify the effect of existing marriage by approaching the family court.
