Case registered for section 12 and 25 hindu marriage act

I got married 5 years ago. we lived together just for 50 days, we had our marriage consummated once, I have one call recording, she admitted the fact. In between i tried to call her back with two section 9 notices. Recently i filled case under section 9 then , she filled for section 12 and section 25 under Hindu marriage act. during period she lived , i, other then this i dont have any prove. my question is, do section 25 is applicable with section12. what i am supposed to do next.
The matter has been referred to a 3judges bench of Supreme Court in Sukhdev Singh vs Sukhbir Kaur as there were many conflicting decisions therefore the same has to be decided by a larger bench of Supreme Court regarding granting of maintenance and alimony to the wife .Contqct me for further help.
